Hosts Directory is the Internet's largest script repository and webmasters pay per click search engines, with scripts across 11 different programming languages and over 100 categories (and growing every day), as well as forums and links to books, articles, tips, and a broad range of other content (collectively, the "Hosts Web Services"). These Terms of Use apply to the Hosts Directory Services as well as any new products or services that we may add in the future (unless stated otherwise).

General Terms of Use and Restrictions on Use of Materials
By using the Hosts Directory Service, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms of Use, just as if you had signed this Agreement. Hosts Directory may discontinue or alter any aspect of the Web Hosts Service, including, but not limited to, (i) restricting the time the Web hosts Service is available, (ii) restricting the amount of use permitted, and (iii) restricting or terminating any user's right to use the Web Hosts Directory Services, at Hosts Directory' sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

In order to permit Hostsdirectory to protect the quality of its products and services, you hereby consent to Hosts Directory employees being able to access your account and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or abuse.

You further acknowledge and agree that Hosts Direcory shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
